To get the process moving, we like to give our clients the information that will aid the decision-making process. The first is an outline of work, which includes what is going to be done as well as the materials and methods used. We provide a project cost estimate, consisting of what the customer is responsible for and at what point payment has to be made. The last thing we'll outline is the project duration, where we'll explain the estimated time needed to complete the project and the factors that affect the schedule.

Process: Planning / Selection / Construction

Each project can be broken down into three easy phases.

1. Planning

  • Develop a budget.
  • Choose a site to build / property to renovate.
  • Develop architectural plans or use one of our stock plans.
  • Submit required information to the municipality for approval.

2. Selections

  • An outline of what selections have to be made is provided with suggested options.
  • We also have different packages available with examples and pricing from previous projects.
  • When you have made all your selections we will meet to go over the outline.

3. Construction

  • We will provide you with an update every week or two weeks depending on the scale of the project.
  • Change orders issued for extra requested by clients.
  • On-site inspections can be arranged at the major stages of the project.
  • Final walk-through will be conducted at completion of project.
  • Warranty information will be provided during the planning phase and will start after the completion of the project.

Construction Management

We can manage your complete project from start to finish. We provide budgets, work with your lender, the architect, as well as deal with the city, township or county. Anything needed to get the job done, we've got you covered.

Additions / Renovations

We can work with you to determine if it is feasible to add on to your home. Whether it be master bedroom bump outs, crawl space additions, new custom kitchens or bathrooms, we have the experience you need.

Finished Basements

Anything is possible when you add a finished basement to your home. We specialize in basement bars, bathrooms, cedar closets and storage functionality. We can complete your finished basement in usually 14-30 days, and at an affordable price of $60 per sq. ft., on average.
